Born in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.
Began self-studying of Kirikane.
Studied Kirikane under Eri Sayoko, a holder of Important Intangible Cultural Property for her Kirikane work.
Graduated from the Nihonga(Traditional Japanese Painting) Course at the Department of Fine Arts, Faculty of Fine Arts, Kyoto City University of Arts.
Lecturer at Kyoto University of Arts and Design.
Graduated from the Glass Certification Studies Program, Toyama City Institute of Glass Art.
Opened an independent studio in Kyoto.
